Artists' Alley

PLEASE NOTE: Artists Alley is now full! All applications sent from this point will be put on the standby list!

We are pleased to announce that Artists Alley has a designated space. It has been measured, designed, and concluded to hold room for 16 artists total.

The artists area will take up an approximately 18 x 48 foot section of the vendor room. Six tables on each side and two on either end. Entry into the area at each corner and plenty of room for the artists within.

The cost of the table is $50.00 and it comes with one badge, however you may add one additional artist badge for $30.00 with each table.

If you are interested in acquiring a table please email your request to artists@anotheranimecon.com. Please include your full name and a phone number where we can contact you.

Registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis. Once the tables are filled we will notify the artists and email them the artist alley form so they can fill it out and send it in with payment. DO NOT SEND MONEY FOR AN ARTIST ALLEY TABLE WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED BY US.

We will post the closing of Artist Alley registration here on this website.

Those artists registrations we receive beyond the limit will be placed on a standby list. Should another artist cancel their table, fail to send payment for their table, or should more tables become available within the vendor room; the artists on the standby list will be notified and arrangements will be coordinated with them.

If notified, the payment for your Artist Alley Table will be expected no later than Saturday Aug 2, NO EXCEPTIONS. At this time we do not take PayPal, so please mailyour payment appropriately. Payments received after Aug. 2nd will be returned and your table will be disbursed to the standby list.
