Artist Hallway Full

The Artist Hallway is now full.

Artist Alley Full

The Artist Alley is now full. You may check back next Wednesday to register for a hallway table.

Artist Alley to expand in 2010:

There will be two areas available for artists to show their talents in 2010. The first will be the original Artist Alley located within the center of the Vendors Hall.

The Second will be outside vendor hall. Located along one wall of the hallway between the Video Game area and the Vendor Hall. This second area has been added in consideration of the artists and will provide more artists the opportunity to participate at the convention. As this area is NOT within the confines of the vendor hall the security for the artwork is the responsibility of the artists. The artists can stay with their tables as late as they wish but will need to break down and secure their tables when they retire for the evening.

The Hallway does get locked up as well but not until the Video Game areas closes usually well after midnight. Due to this inconvenience the registration fee for artists in the hallway has been discounted.

Artist Alley Registration and table fees:

Artist Alley within the Vendor Hall: $75 ( $40 Half table)
The fee includes: 1 alley badge, 1 alley table (or half table), and full access to all convention events and entertainment .

Artist Alley Hallway: $50 (Half tables are not available for purchase in the hallway) The fee includes: 1 alley badge, 1 outer alley table, and full access to all convention events and entertainment.

Assistant Badges: One additional badge can be purchased as an assistant to the artist badge for an additional fee of $45. That's one assistant to each full table registration inside or outside the vendor hall. Assistant badges are not available to half table registration as the area would be simply to congested for safety. Assistant badges will also have full access to all convention events and entertainment.

Artist Alley Registration Opening Dates and Table Availability:

With two areas to register the alley coordinator has opted to split the registration into two separate dates:

  • Registration within the vendor hall with an availability of 17 full tables will take place on: Wednesday, June 9 starting at 8pm - NOW CLOSED & FULL.
  • Registration in the hallway outside the vendor hall with an availability of 5 tables will take place on Wednesday, June 16 starting at 8pm. A link will appear here when registration is open.

Registration will only be possible through the links available on this page and will not be active until the opening of their respective dates and times. These links connect to the Artist Alley coordinator Closing of registration will be announced when tables are full but names will continue to be taken for a waiting list. Having your name on the waiting list for the inner alley does NOT register you for the outer alley.

NO NICKNAMES FOR REGISTERING PLEASE: Nicknames or Pen Names in Email addresses and on badges are understandable. When you register use your legal name: You can request within your email and forms that your badges and tables list your nicknames but please register telling me your legal name.

Artist Alley Qualification Rules

  1. To be considered for the artist alley your artwork must be your own.
  2. Unlicensed Fan art is the responsibility of the artist not the convention. But we would prefer your work be your own design. Mass produced items using known icons or not your own specific designs should be sold in a vendor space not the artist alley.
  3. When registering the only information needed is your name (legal name) and what kind of table you require, half or full. The alley coordinator will be in touch with you to let you know if you made it into the show and to send out registration and payment forms.
